SPU-A100 is an one components solid reaction polyurethane high polymer coating, which is manufactured with isocyanate, polyether polyol and various additives. Its polyurethane can have chemical reaction to air moisture, which can shape a seamless waterproof rubber film. PRODUCT FEATURES1.         One component, brush directly, easy to apply.2.         High tensile strength, excellent elongation ability and good resistant property of high and low temperature.3.         Excellent adhesive property, which can make the membrane stick to the substrate tightly. Can be immersed in water for a long time after solidification4.         Good corrosion resistant property.5.         Optional color.SCOPE OF APPLICATIONSuitable for those complex unexposed structure of Roof, kitchen, bathroom, balcony, basement and pool waterproof construction. APPLICATION METHOD1.      Substrate requirement: Must be flat, solid, non crack, non humid, clean without sand, dust and oil waste.2.      Brush the coating uniformly with plastic scraper onto the substrate. Make sure that there shouldn’t be missing brush, bubbling and layer fall off situation exist.3.      The interval time between each layer should be determined by hand touching, if the coating not stick to hand, then brush the next layer, better brush 2-3 layers.4.      Steel’s and pipe’s construction require rust cleaning before brushing the coating.5.      Normally it will require to brush 3 times (layers). When the first layer become solid, brush the 2nd layer in vertical direction to the first layer’s. Before the final layer getting solid, scatter some coarse sand and gravel will help improve the adhesive property of waterproofing and protection layers.REFERENCE DOSAGEFor 1 mm thickness, the dosage is about: 1.5-1.7kg/㎡ NOTES1.      The concrete must be dry and without holes or crack. Humid concrete and sleet environment is not suitable for application.2.      Construction temperature should be above 5℃, keep ventilated while applying.3.      Suggest to store the products in inversion condition and finish using it in one time when open.4.      It will form a thin rubber layer on the surface if store for a long time, but Not influence the usage of the rest coating.5.       Not allow to walk and pile up heavy and sharp objects on the coating before it get solid. PACKING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE1.         Product should be stored in clean, dry and sealed metal bucket, better store the products in inverted state.2.         Prevent it from direct sun, crash, rain and keep the package without damage.3.         The best storage temperature is 5-25℃, no suitable store in the place more than 40℃.4.         Storage Period: 1 year. 

Non-asphalt Polymer Self-adhesive Waterproofing Membrane

EL-P200

EL-P200 is a kind of multi-layers material consisting of three layers, including the HDPE rubber film layer, the polymer adhesive layer and the unique process of reactive inorganic polymer particles layer. It can have chemical reaction to concrete, with the ability of high tension and permanent bonding power, which can completely stop the water from running between different layers. Keep membranes dry and ventilated, protected from sun and rain. Store temperature should between 5-45℃.2.         One layer up-right storage in warehouse, no more than 2 layers up-right during transportation.3.         Prevent it from inclination or lateral pressure. If necessary, cover it with felt-cloth.4.         Storage period: 1 year under normal operation of storage.

SBS Modified Bituminous Waterproofing Membrane

EL-N100 waterproofing membrane is manufactured by special customized premium asphalts, with Styrene Butadiene Styrene (SBS), elastomer resin as its modifier and reinforced by polyester base cloth. The structure of it consist of polymer modified bitumen materials, middle reinforcement cloth and some surface cover materials. PRODUCT FEATURES1.         High elongation ability, stable and good adaptability to concrete transform or crack.2.         Excellent ability of high and low temperature resistance, especially suitable for cold area.3.         Great ability of puncture resistant, tear resistant and abrasive resistant.4.         Easy to construct, can be constructed anytime by fire torch, very reliable. SCOPE OF APPLICATION1.         Industrial and civil roofing construction, such as insulation roofs, planted roofs, roof parking lots and inverted roofs, etc.2.         Industrial and civil underground construction, indoor swimming pools, fire reservoirs, etc.3.         Tunnels, subways, concrete bridges, sewage plants and refuse landfills, etc.4.         Water conservancy facilities such as pools and water channels, etc. APPLICATION METHOD1.         Check and clean the concrete before paving. Use dust collector or blower to help clean the corners if needed.2.         Primer Brush: Remember the primer should be brushed evenly on the substrate.3.         Detail Processing: After the primer dries, should deal with those sections where need to do extra waterproof layer according to the relevant specification and requirement.4.         Pave the membrane from middle to both ends of the concrete. Pave on the wall should fix the end at the bottom first, and then roll the membrane from low to high by fire torch method. Spray gun should keep the distance of 30cm to the membranes while heating. Rolling and pressing the membranes with tools while heating, make sure the membrane completely stick to the concrete.5.         The width of connecting Joint should be over 100mm. Overheating should be prevented.5.         Safety precautions are necessary and fire equipment should be placed properly. PACKING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE1.         Different types or specifications should be separated. Keep them dry and ventilated, out of the sun or rain.2.         Storage Temp. Should be within 5~45 Celsius degree,3.         Prevent it from inclination or lateral pressure. If necessary, cover it with felt-cloth.4.         Storage time: 1 year under normal operation of storage.5.         Membranes should be piled upright with only ONE layer.
